Sadler’s Wells’ much anticipated Wild Card returns with more bespoke evenings curated by a new generation of dance makers.
This edition takes a different shape by inviting The Palest Light, an existing night of performance curated by choreographer Pepa Ubera.
Originally from Spain, Ubera has made London her home. She has been curating regular nights of performance and opportunities for dancers, notably in east London’s artist-run venue TripSpace, which she helped launch.
This evening is a get together, a chance to see work by artists whose idea of choreography expands to different mediums and experiences, including the thought-provoking French choreographer Alice Chauchat.
The Palest Light wants to flex your mind, trigger images and take you into a space where dance is more than you know.
