2.3 Where we need to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of a contract we have with you and you fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract we have or are trying to enter into with you (for example, to provide you with services). 13.1 The information that you provide to us will be collected and processed on our behalf by Acoustic (Acoustic Campaign). For the avoidance of doubt, we may also have access to this information.
13.2 We may also share your information with service providers who work on behalf of SOLT for the performance of any contract we enter into with them or you, for example payment processing, printers and mailing houses, marketing agencies, database services, website hosting or email delivery service.

We are the Society of London Theatre and we want you let you know how we use information about you when you sign up to receive one of our newsletters on our website.
Why do we collect information about you in the first place?
We keep information about you so that we can:
- let you have the newsletter you signed up for
- make our website and the things we offer better
- keep in touch with you, for example, to ask you if you want to carry on receiving our newsletter
