Tangere Arts returns to the Unicorn Theatre with an adaptation of one of Geoffrey Chaucer’s Canterbury Tales.

The Pardoner’s Tale charts the story of a quick-witted, silver tongued trickster, who wants to tell the story of three men on a journey to kill Death and get rich quick. He wants to demonstrate how their quest to avenge the death of a friend turned into a treacherous journey into a world of greed, murder and mayhem. And he wants you to know that you should always watch your back.

Led by Gary Lagden as the Pardoner, The Pardoner’s Tale features musicians Hannah Marshall and Christopher Preece, who bring live music, songs and sound effects to the story.

This show is suitable for children aged seven and older.
