The annual charity fund raiser Night Of 1000 Voices returns to the Royal Albert Hall with a celebration of the best of British in aid of Leukaemia & Lymphona Research.
A host of West End stars – including Bonnie Langford, Peter Polycarpou & Kerry Ellis – will join the 1000 Voices Massed Choir and The City of London Philharmonic in an evening of musical favourites from Evita, The Lion King, Jesus Christ Superstar, Les Miserables and Miss Saigon.
Whilst Christopher Biggins, entertainer and panto star, will keep proceedings on an even keel with his trademark wit and bon homie.
Now in its thirteenth year, as well as bringing some of the West End’s top performers to the Royal Albert Hall, The Night Of 1000 Voices has raised nearly £500,000 for UK-based charities.
2012’s charity, Leukaemia & Lymphona Research, urgently needs to raise over £100 million to commit to leading research across the UK. They are the only UK charity devoted exclusively to improving treatments, finding cures and learning how to prevent leukaemia, Hodgkin’s lymphoma and other lymphomas, myeloma and the other related blood disorders.
