What fools these mortals be! Shakespeare’s most popular comedy is coming to the heart of London’s West End. As part of the 2019 National Youth Theatre REP season, A Midsummer Night’s Dream is playing at the Criterion Theatre this winter.
Inventively and playfully directed by former National Theatre New Works Resident Director Matt Harrison working in association with Kneehigh.
Starring Britain’s best young talent from the 2019 NYT REP Company and in association with Kneehigh. Inspired by the traditional repertory theatre model, the NYT REP Company course offers free, practical, industry-based talent development in drama and performance over nine months to 16 NYT members.

A Midsummer Night’s Dream marks the last in this year’s NYT REP season, following Great Expectations and Frankenstein this autumn.
The 2019 REP company includes Guy Clark, Ella Dacres, Natalie Dunne, Jordan Ford Silver, Jamie Foulkes, Alice Franziska, Billy Hinchliff, Jadie Rose Hobson, Bede Hodgkinson, Tiwalade Ibirogba Olulode, Julia Kass, Sarah Lusack, Jemima Mayala, Joseph Payne, Sonny Poon Tip and Raj Singh.
