Glee star Dianna Agron takes to the St James Theatre’s stage in this beautiful and haunting voyage into the visionary imagination and dark dream world of the late Alexander McQueen.
Written by James Phillips (The Rubenstein Kiss), McQueen tells the story of a mysterious girl who has been hiding in a tree in McQueen’s Mayfair garden for the past 11 nights, secretly watching him as he struggles to find inspiration for his new collection.
After climbing down, she breaks into his house to steal a dress she could never afford to buy in the hope of becoming someone special. He catches her, but instead of calling the police, he takes her on to the streets of London and into the whirlwind of his life.
Agron, who is best known for her roles in Glee, Veronica Mars and Heroes, makes her London stage debut in the production alongside British actor Stephen Wight as the British fashion designer.
