Flaming Theatre fuses original film with explosive stage images and physicality to create a seductive total theatre event, inspired by one of the most controversial and missed of modern British artists. Jarman Garden conjures up a startling dreamscape of this queer rebel’s defiantly ‘shaggy’ life and times.

To coincide with the 10-year commemoration of Derek Jarman’s death on 19th February 1994, Jarman Garden is complemented by a festival of film screenings, introductory talks and an exhibition of artwork.
