Joanna Murray-Smith’s unflinching portrait of what happens when a secure marriage suddenly stalls comes next is revived at the Park Theatre in Honour.

Led by a star-studded cast, double Olivier Award-winner Henry Goodman (Taking Woodstock; Merchant Of Venice; Assassins), Imogen Stubbs (Things I Know To Be True; Communicating Doors) and Katie Brayben (Olivier Award winner for Beautiful – The Carole King Musical) have been confirmed to star in Murray-Smith’s compelling drama.

For Honour and George, the arrival of the self-assured Claudia threatens to wreck a 32-year marriage. But as the power balance starts to shift, the husband, wife, daughter and mistress together must face the fundamental question – what is love?

Often compared to David Hare’s Skylight and Harold Pinter’s Betrayal,  Honour  paints an unflinching portrait of what happens when a secure marriage suddenly stalls, and when the opportunity arises for one life to be revived at the expense of another.

Performed originally in Australia, Honour debuted in the UK at the National Theatre in 2003, before a 2006 West End revival at Wyndham’s Theatre. Directed by Paul Robinson, Tiny Fires’ production will be staged in-the-round.
