Theatre Wallay – KASHF joins the Globe To Globe season with an Urdu production of The Taming Of The Shrew, starring the Lahore screen and stage star Nadia Jamil as Katherine.

Navid Shahzad’s production, rich in colour and energy, explores the difficulties encountered by modern Pakistani women. With live singers and musicians, a thrilling bhangra jig rounds off this uplifting version of the first romcom.
