Bella is a young woman dominated by her husband Jack. While she sits in at home, he is out on the town. Alone in the house, Bella is confused by disappearing objects, flickering gaslights and mysterious footsteps. When Detective Rough appears on the scene, Jack’s behaviour and identity is questioned.

Rosamund Pike, who leads the cast, is best known as Bond girl Miranda Frost from Die Another Day. Her previous West End credits include Summer And Smoke and Hitchcock Blonde.
