Daring Pairings, part of Hampstead theatre’s third new writing festival, is a series of unexpected collaborations between new and established writers.

Hampstead theatre’s five writers-on-attachment have worked on a play for the main stage, together; its young company, Heat & Light, team up with an established writer on a play of their own; Central School of Speech and Drama collaborate with Hampstead to showcase a new piece of music theatre; The Factory to applies its creative process to new play writing; and Nabokov theatre brokers some cross art form collaborations.

Each project in Daring Pairings is an invitation to experiment.
