Mozart’s comic opera Cosi Fan Tutte tells of young lovers caught up in romantic intrigue and double-dealing.

Iranian director Abbas Kiarostami has won acclaim for his direction of films including A Taste Of Cherry, which won the Palme D’Or. Now he turns his talents to opera, using spectacular filmed backdrops to create a period setting for Mozart’s famous work.
