Turning 20 is an anniversary triple bill by Candoco Dance Company, the leading contemporary dance company of disabled and non-disabled dancers.

Celebrating Candoco’s 20 years at the forefront of contemporary dance, Turning 20 features three bold and unexpected commissions; Set and Reset/Reset with Trisha Brown Dance Company, French choreographer Rachid Ouramdane’s visually striking, bold work Looking Back and Matthias Sperling’s This Is It, which shows what the future might hold in a stunning solo.

These works herald Candoco’s next 20 years by celebrating dance through time, presenting different ways of making dance and building on their rich experience as the company of disabled and non-disabled dancers. Renowned for exciting and inspiring their audiences, Candoco bring about change in thinking about dance, about ability, about who is allowed ‘in’ and how we interact with and create our worlds.
