Snow has been falling for weeks. Snow like Britain has never seen before. Roads are blocked, food is scarce, people are trapped. In a town in the hills, completely isolated from the outside world, strange things are happening to even stranger people.

In this altered landscape, banal situations escalate to horrific and hilarious extremes, as stories intertwine in the snow.
