Pixie Lott stars as Holly Golightly in Nikolai Foster’s production of Truman Capote’s classic tale at the Theatre Royal Haymarket.
Set in 1943 New York, Breakfast At Tiffany’s charts the story of young writer Fred as he meets Holly Golightly, a charming, vivacious and utterly elusive good-time girl. Everyone falls in love with Holly, including Fred, but Fred is poor and Holly’s other suitors include a playboy millionaire and the future president of Brazil. As war rages on in Europe, Holly begins to fall in love with Fred – just as her past catches up with her.
Taking on the role memorably brought to life by Audrey Hepburn in the 1961 film, singer and former Strictly Come Dancing contestant Lott makes her West End debut in the show.
A co-production with the Curve Theatre, Leicester, Breakfast At Tiffany’s is adapted for the stage by Tony and Olivier Award-winning playwright Richard Greenberg and contains memorable songs from the era as well as original music by Grant Odling.
