Jackson’s Lane theatre will premiere Infectious Theatre’s newest imaginative offering, Raven Boy, next month.
The company, which prides itself on offering audiences an alternative perspective, have created a new play that promises to entertain adults and children alike, combining storytelling, visual projections and mystical songs.
Raven Boy tells the story of an orphaned boy named Bran who was raised in secrecy by ravens in the Tower of London. The ravens believe him to be King of the Birds, but when this comes under threat, a struggle between darkness and light begins in the ravens’ world.
The family show is directed by Infectious Theatre’s Artistic Director Jennifer Pearcy-Edwards and plays on 12 and 13 October at the Highgate arts venue.
