Poldark fans can look forward to Heida Reed, who played tragic character Elizabeth Warleggan in the hit BBC show, starring with Iwan Rheon in the upcoming drama Foxfinder.
Heida, whose character has been central to Poldark for four seasons, will tackle equally unsettling themes in Dawn King’s play, running at the Ambassadors Theatre from 6 September.
Heida is also well known for her roles in Silent Witness and One Day, while on stage, she starred in the 2011 revival of Top Girls at Trafalgar Studios. Rheon, meanwhile, is well known as Game Of Thrones’ Ramsay Bolton. Further casting is to be confirmed.
Foxfinder opened to rave reviews at the Finborough Theatre in 2011, earning King multiple prestigious new writing awards. Its haunting themes and arresting story set many a pulse rating, and promises to do the same when it makes its West End debut later this year.
