Oliver Tobias and Paul Nicholas, original stars of Hair when it premiered in the West End in 1968, will appear in the fundraising performance of the cult musical on 1 July.
The one-off charity gala will be held at the Piccadilly theatre to raise money for Help For Heroes, with a host of celebrity performers set to make guest appearances.
The original Berger (Tobias) and Claude (Nicholas) will be joined by previously announced performers Zoe Birkett, George Maguire and Amy Diamond, with more surprise guests to be announced.
Set in 1967, Hair is a tale of protest, fighting for rights, equality and freedom that tells the story of hippie Claude and his friends. Featuring legendary songs from the period including Aquarius, Let The Sun Shine In and Good Morning Starshine, Hair is famous for its boundary pushing nude scene.
The musical was last seen in the West End in 2010 when the acclaimed Public Theater production transferred from the US.
