Fans of the Olivier Award-nominated actor Ramin Karimloo can catch the musical star in concert when he plays the Royal Festival Hall next year as part of a UK tour.
Ramin In Concert will play the Southbank venue on 1 May, kicking off the six-date tour which will see the actor entertain audiences across the country.
As well as performing songs from his forthcoming debut album, the concert will feature much-loved West End favourites including songs from Les Misérables, The Phantom Of The Opera, Love Never Dies and South Pacific.
The Iranian-born Canadian star made his name in 2007 when he became the youngest ever actor to take on the demanding role of the Phantom in Andrew Lloyd Webber’s hugely successful production The Phantom Of The Opera. Karimloo then went on to originate the role of the Phantom in the much-anticipated continuation of the story, Love Never Dies, in 2010.
Karimloo also boasts starring credits in Miss Saigon, The Pirates Of Penzance and Sunset Boulevard, and can be seen in Les Misérables as Jean Valjean until 3 March.
Ramin, Karimloo’s first album, is due to be released in March ahead of the tour.
