Everybody loves the story of Peter Pan – so much so, that when director Sally Cookson’s stage adaptation returns to London this summer, a number of cast members from the 2016 production will return, it has been announced.
John Pfumojena, who played Michael Darling when the show was at the National Theatre in 2016, will portray the ageless boy in this summer’s revival at the Troubadour White City Theatre. He’ll be joined by Daisy Maywood as Wendy Darling, with Kelly Price as Captain Hook – who also doubles up as Mrs Darling.

The playful and ingenious production of Peter Pan, well-remembered in London for its dazzling aerial acrobatics, was first seen at Bristol Old Vic before being reimagined at the National Theatre in 2016. Full of thrills suitable for all ages, the story sees a young family transported to a world of magic, mischief, music and make-believe.
Funny and moving, Peter Pan is playing at the Troubadour White City Theatre from 20 July until 27 October.
Peter Pan is also participating in Kids Week; throughout August, a child aged 16 or under can go free when accompanied by an adult paying full price. Adults can also purchase up to two extra children’s tickets at half price, and there are no booking fees to pay.
