The ticketing service for Official London Theatre, TKTS and the Official London Theatre New Year Sale and Kids Week promotions provided by the Official London Theatre website is powered by the SEE Group Limited (“SEE”) on behalf of Society of London Theatre. Any financial transactions will occur on a designated server of SEE.
All tickets sold online are subject to See Tickets’ terms of sale. As we trade online we are required to provide you with an electronic link to the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform. If any dispute arises between you and us, you can submit a complaint via the ODR platform, which can be found at www.ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/, and which is designed to assist consumers in resolving disputes online without having to go to court.

TKTS in person terms and conditions
- “Venue” refers to any theatre or other venue at which a performance takes place for which you purchase tickets from TKTS.
- The venue management may reserve the right to refuse admission in certain circumstances, to remove patrons from the venue for particular reasons, and to request that latecomers await admission to the auditorium until a convenient break. Late admission cannot always be guaranteed.
- Please note that the venue management may need to carry out security checks prior to your entry to the venue.
- The venue management may reserve the right to provide alternative seats at an equivalent value to those set out on your ticket.
- The price of all TKTS tickets include a booking fee of £3.
- Tickets cannot be exchanged or money refunded unless the performance for which the ticket is purchased is cancelled, rescheduled, or there is a change to the performance which the venue’s management considers to be material. The use of understudies in a performance shall not be considered a material change, nor shall a change of cast. TKTS will not be liable for costs arising from personal arrangements, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, hospitality, or any other indirect or consequential losses. Refunds are, therefore, limited to the price paid for the ticket to TKTS plus the TKTS booking fee of £3 per ticket. Refunds are not available to patrons who are refused admission or removed from the venue in accordance with the venue’s rules, or to latecomers who miss part of the performance for this reason.
- Tickets are sold subject to the venue management’s right to make alterations to the advertised programme where reasonably necessary.
- The re-sale of your ticket for profit or commercial gain will make the ticket void.
- TKTS is not responsible if your ticket is lost or stolen or destroyed and it is at the venue management’s discretion as to whether a duplicate is issued.
- Proof of concessions may be required at the venue.
- TKTS will not be liable for any loss, theft or damage of your personal belongings whilst at a venue.
- It is your responsibility to check the name of the show, name of the venue, date and time on your tickets and inform us immediately of any mistakes. If you have made a mistake it cannot always be rectified after purchase. If you have purchased a restricted view seat, please check the restrictions carefully.
- Additional terms and conditions may apply in respect of performances at certain venues. Please see your tickets and the venue’s terms and conditions.
- The advertised running time may change so please check this with the venue on the day of the performance.
You are required to comply with the venue’s rules whilst at the venue to attend the performance, including but not limited to rules relating to the use of mobile phones, recording equipment, consumption of alcohol, smoking, security or any illegal substances.
”tkts” is a registered trade mark owned by and used under licence from Theatre Development Fund Inc. There is no other relationship or affiliation between Society of London Theatre and Theatre Development Fund Inc, a New York not for profit corporation.

Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
Witness For The Prosecution Prize Draw Rules
- The prize is one pair of tickets and one programme valid for Tuesday to Thursday performances from 5 November until 5 December 2024. Travel and accommodation not included. Subject to availability.
- This prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter or Society of London Theatre, their families or agents. This prize draw will be governed by English law.
- The prize draw is free to enter. To enter the prize draw, you need to enter your details. All entries must be submitted by the webform.
- No responsibility will be accepted by the Promoter for lost entries regardless of the cause or for entries not completed or received due to a technical fault or other issue.
- Only one entry to the prize draw will be accepted per person.
- The prize draw will run from 8 October until midnight on 20 October inclusive (the closing date).
- A winner will be chosen by random draw from all entries received by the closing date.
- The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered.
- The winner will be notified by email within ten days of the closing date. If there is no response from the winner within seven days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner in accordance with the process referred to in paragraph 7 above.
- The Promoter’s decision will be final and binding in every situation and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Unless you have agreed to be added to the Official London Theatre mailing list or Theatre Tokens mailing list outlined in the webform, your details will only be used to contact you (i) to inform you of the outcome of the prize draw, whether or not you are the winner, and (ii) to inform you if you are the winner and (iii) if you are the winner, to announce in writing, or to inform the public of, the name of the winner and will not be stored or used for marketing purposes. You will not otherwise be required to participate in publicity related to the prize draw. By entering into the prize draw you are consenting to be contacted in the manner referred to in this paragraph 11.
- To obtain details of the winner please write, enclosing a stamped addressed envelope, to the Promoter at any time after 7 days following the closing date of the draw.
- If a prize is unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to provide a substitute prize. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
