Nonno and Lol have lived together for a long, long time. They love finding and telling stories. They find stories in their heads, in the wash-basket, on the ironing board and even in a button. In fact, they find stories in everything around them. But one day, Nonno can’t find a story anywhere.

Inspired by stories told to Theatr Lolo by nursery children, Under The Carpet is a delightful intimate performance with live music that will transport its audience to a magical world of friendship and arguments, washing and stories. Funny and touching, the play perfectly captures the spontaneity and childlike delight in creating stories, through the relationship of two endearing characters.
