John Ford’s Jacobean drama is brought into a contemporary setting by the Barbican Artistic Associates, as it tells vividly and violently the tale of a brother and sister’s descent into hell as they break one of society’s final taboos.

‘Tis Pity She’s A Whore contains adult themes and is suitable for theatergoers aged 16 and older.
