The Yule Lads – Tales Of Icelandic Christmas is a story in the tradition of the Brothers Grimm. Using music, magic and puppets, the show tells the tales that have frightened and delighted children (and adults) in Iceland for centuries.

It’s Christmas time in Iceland and Greela the giant troll sets off with a sack slung over her shoulder, searching for naughty, lazy or rude children to eat. But Greela is not the only one to look out for; just as mischievous are her 13 children, the Yule Lads.
