When businessman Michel has an affair with doctor Alice, who in turn is married to Michel’s best friend Paul, events escalate as Alice begins to demand more and more of her relationship with Michel. Unexpected ramifications lie in wait.

Having experienced monumental success with both The Father and The Mother at Theatre Royal Bath and subsequent London runs, Zeller’s plays have proven huge hits with London audiences this year. In this new version of the play by Christopher Hampton, The Truth promises to be equally lauded.
