This is a brand new production of Shakespeare’s The Tempest, reimagined for young audiences aged six and over.

When the sorcerer Prospero conjures up a storm to shipwreck his enemies, he sets the scene for an enchanting tale of spells, monsters, revenge and romance. 

Following last year’s production of A Midsummer Night’s Dream for younger theatregoers, this year the Open Air theatre aims to work its magic on The Tempest, making it bewitchingand entertaining for audiences of all ages.

This year the Open Air theatre introduces Sunday performances of The Tempest, perfect for family audiences.
