International film star Jesse Eisenberg writes and stars in the West End transfer of his acclaimed Off-Broadway quip-laden comedy The Spoils.

Described as a “painfully awkward comedy” that will resonate with the millennial generation, the production stars The Social Network and Zombieland superstar Eisenberg alongside Kunal Nayyar, best known for his portrayal of Raj on television comedy The Big Bang Theory.

Eisenberg plays Ben, an isolated, sardonic figure who bullies all around him – roommate Kaylan (Nayyar) included. But when he finds out his school crush has become engaged to a straight-laced banker, all bets are off, as he sets out to ruin their relationship and win her back.

Receiving its European premiere at Trafalgar Studios, The Spoils is a satirical, sharp and cutting insight into a lost soul seeking his place in an increasingly self-analytical world. Perceptively disconcerting, it promises to delight audiences young and old.
