Bruce Norris, writer of the Olivier Award-winning Clybourne Park, returns with The Low Road, a fable of free market economics and cut-throat capitalism.

A young entrepreneur sets out on a quest for wealth with priceless ambition and a purse of gold.

In addition to the Pulitzer Prize-winning Clybourne Park and The Low Road, Norris’ credits include The Pain And the Itch, Purple Heart and The Unmentionables.

His latest play, his first to be commissioned by the Royal Court, is directed by the venue’s Artistic Director Dominic Cooke, whose recent credits include Ding Dong The Wicked, Choir Boy, In Basildon and Chicken Soup With Barley.

The Low Road is suitable for theatregoers aged 14 and older.
