Brecht is back at the Young Vic in this muscular new translation by David Harrower.

The gods visit Earth. Shen Te, a good-hearted prostitute, gives them shelter. They reward her with money. She opens a tobacco shop. But how can good people be good in a world full of want and cruelty?
