Set in the Isle of Kiltie, an island just beyond the horizon that only clever people can see. The Vain and tyrannical Laird of Kiltie owns everything in these parts, but he has only one true love, his clothes. More precisely, his kilts. In the lead up to the most important day in the Kiltie calendar, his birthday, the Laird wants for one thing, a new kilt 'the likes of which has never been seen'.
