Welsh circus troupe NoFit State Circus brings its latest, family-friendly show Tabú to the home of contemporary circus in London, the Roundhouse.
In Tabú, director Firenza Guidi takes the company of home grown and international performers and creates a rollercoaster ride of orchestrated chaos. To a backdrop of live music and video, the 12-strong ensemble in this promenade performance swarms around and amongst the audience for 90 minutes of explosive mayhem including electrifying solos, clowning and high-wire acts.
From 6 to 17 April, Roundhouse tutors and NoFit State Circus performers will be running a series of workshops and masterclasses on circus skills, music, poetry and photography for 12-19 year-olds. For more information on the workshops visit www.roundhouse.org.uk.
