Inspired by Frank Wedekind’s 1891 masterpiece of repressed emotion and adolescent passion, Spring Awakening explodes onto the Lyric Hammersmith stage driven by a thrilling contemporary score. The Lyric Hammersmith has invited the entire original creative team behind the highly acclaimed New York production, which won eight Tony Awards including Best Musical, to stage the London premiere with a new British cast.
