The Soldier’s Tale tells the Faustian tale of of a soldier who sells his soul to the devil in return for infinite wealth, and explores the concepts of evil, duality and temptation.

The Motion Group (whose production this is) hope to take the show to Baghdad in 2005 in an initiative to foster meaningful and sustainable collaboration with Iraqi artists in the post-war era.

Jeremy Irons stars as the narrator while the role of the soldier will be taken by Eddie Redmayne.
