It’s New Year’s Eve and Billy’s parents tell the overindulged young goat about the legendary Snow Dragon who brings gifts to all the young goats who have collected enough berries for him. When Billy decides it would be easier to ‘borrow’ his friends berries than pick his own, his New Year takes an unexpected twist.
