Brooklyn-based ensemble The TEAM takes audiences on a hallucinatory road trip from the Badlands to Graceland in its latest work for the Royal Court.

Set against the boundless blue skies of the Great Plains and endless American highway, RoosevElvis follows the spirits of Elvis Presley and Theodore Roosevelt as they battle over the soul of painfully shy meat-processing plant worker Ann and what kind of man or woman she should become.

This tale of gender, appetite and the multitudes we contain is the latest piece from The TEAM, an ensemble dedicated to creating new work about the experience of living in American today.
