Shakespeare’s famous play is given a modern setting by Kidbrooke School in this energetic, fast-moving and physical production. Using dance, music and multi-media, the familiar themes of Romeo And Juliet are made relevant to young people today.
Kidbrooke School is known for its highly successful drama department led by professional actor Lucy Cuthbertson, who directs Romeo And Juliet. The school’s work has previously been seen at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and the National Theatre.
