Set in a lamp-lit flat-pack universe bursting with chaos, RIOT is an epic tale of violence, greed and cheap sofas.

Taking place in February 2005 at the stroke of midnight, the production charts the story of the British public as they punch, kick, strangle and stab their way to low-priced sofas and bed frames at the opening of their favourite Swedish furniture store.

Featuring physical theatre and music, RIOT is a contemporary comedic tale that plays as part of The Shed’s Limited Editions season.
