Felix and George Powell were music hall stars whose tune Pack Up Your Troubles won a marching song competition. While Felix joined the army, his unit playing the song as soldiers went ‘over the top’ during the First World War, George became a pacifist. Pack Up Your Troubles tells of the brothers’ different lives.
