Off-beat comic drama Off The Kings Road arrives in London after hugely successful runs in New York and Los Angeles, following one retired businessman’s attempt to take a week’s respite.

Directed by Alan Cohen, the play follows Matt Browne, an American entrepreneur who has recently mourned the loss of his wife.

Checking into a small hotel in London with plans to reflect on recent events, Matt finds his trip turned on its head by a series of visits from an overly zealous, kind-hearted hotel clerk, a widow, and a prostitute from Zagreb. Suddenly, Matt is confronted by a surprising voyage of self-discovery that certainly wasn’t on the agenda.

Starring Jerry Springer The Opera’s Michael Brandon and television’s Cherie Lunghi, Off The Kings Road is hilarious and heart-warming.
