Groundbreaking ventriloquist, BAFTA nominated filmmaker and British Comedy Award winner Nina Conti returns to the Tricycle Theatre to improvise her new show Nina Conti – In Your Face into existence.

Lauded for her distinctive shows, which are renowned for balancing laughs with poignant reflections on the psyche, Conti has had numerous sell-out runs at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and a national tour with her hit show Dolly Mixtures.

While many will know Conti for her appearances on BBC’s Live At The Apollo (BBC1), QI, Russell Howard’s Good News, she also received a BAFTA nomination for her documentary A Ventriloquist’s Story: Her Master’s Voice, a unique and brave requiem for her ex-lover and mentor, the late Ken Campbell.
