Highgate’s Lauderdale House has chosen Shakespeare’s much-loved comedy Much Ado About Nothing for its first ever outdoor production, presented in the beautiful Tea Lawn surrounded by the 400-year-old buildings where Nell Gwynne once resided.
Shakespeare’s wittiest of comedies centres on duelling couple Benedick and Beatrice, who have sworn off love and yet find themselves struck down by it when friends and family conspire to bring them together.
This production of Much Ado About Nothing aims to entertain adults and children alike.
