New York-based company Cedar Lake Contemporary Ballet makes its highly anticipated UK debut with three works combining powerful physicality and classical technique.

The programme features Hofesh Shechter’s Violet Kid, an exploration of man’s struggle for harmony within a complex and often horrifying universe, Alexander Ekman’s Tuplet, which features a score created in collaboration with the dancers’ own rhythmic impulses, and Canadian choreographer Crystal Pite’s Grace Engine.
