Debbie Wileman, the British singing sensation known for her uncanny recreation of Judy Garland’s legendary voice, is set to make her West End debut.
Wileman first captured worldwide attention during the global pandemic with her viral impersonation videos of iconic singers like Shirley Bassey, Marilyn Monroe, Julie Andrews, Billie Holliday, and Judy Garland. Her daily Facebook series, “A Song A Day,” garnered millions of views and earned her the 2020 BroadwayWorld Audience Award for Vocalist of the Year.
Following her online success, Wileman embarked on a multi-city U.S. tour to celebrate what would have been Judy Garland’s 100th birthday. She performed to sold-out crowds and received standing ovations in cities such as Ft. Lauderdale, Orlando, Los Angeles, Provincetown, and New York City’s iconic Carnegie Hall. Her performance at Carnegie Hall earned her the BroadwayWorld Award for Best Solo Special Event.
