Vanishing Point returns to the Lyric Hammersmith following its sell-out run of Subway in 2007.

Interiors is a brand new production born out of a major international collaboration with Napoli Teatro Festival Italia and inspired by the 1891 play Interior by Belgian playwright Maurice Maeterlinck. 

Behind a window, in a cosy room, a group of friends sit down for a meal. The food is being cooked, the lamps are on, everyone is happy. Talk begins and stories unfold around the table, stories about the living and the dead, about missing necklaces and what happens when people get hungry. 

But outside, someone is watching. 

Interiors is a fragile, farcical and hypnotic show that incorporates ambitious design and projections to create a highly visual show about sound, silence and the darkness outside the window.
