A brand new musical, Imagine This is set in Poland during 1942, where a group of Jewish actors in the Warsaw Ghetto stage plays to inspire hope and optimism within their community. However, with rumours of the Final Solution in the air, their play merges with the reality they are trying to escape and a dramatic love story unfolds.

Imagine This is a personal journey through one of the most devastating periods of world history where ordinary people were faced with impossible choices. But ultimately it is a story of hope where freedom is found through imagination and love knows no boundaries.

The cast of Imagine This is led by multi-talented actor Peter Polycarpou, who starred in the original casts of long-running musicals Les Miserables and Miss Saigon in London. He is also well known for playing Pauline Quirk’s on-screen husband Chris Theodopolopoudos in sitcom Birds Of A Feather.

Imagine This is directed by Timothy Sheader, the Artistic Director of the Open Air theatre, where he directed a well-received production of the musical Gigi last year.
