I Am Falling effortlessly blends dance and text to tell a story which is at once shocking and tender, harrowing but beautiful. It explores the extremes of human emotion and the damage that can be caused by loving too much.

Director Carrie Cracknell uses lighting and sound to zoom in and out of the action, leading the audience’s attention like a film camera. The narrative is presented from varying angles, allowing the characters’ stories to unfold from different perspectives simultaneously.
