Imelda Staunton reprises her role in David Lindsay-Abaire’s Good People following a successful run at the Hampstead Theatre.
The Olivier Award-winning actress plays Margie in the South Boston-set play, which follows the single mother as she tries to find new employment. Convinced that old flame Mike will have the answer, she turns up at his family home, a visit that leads to unexpected consequences for both of them.
Staunton is joined in the cast by Lloyd Owen, Susan Brown, Lorraine Ashbourne, Matthew Barker and Angel Coulby.
Directed by Jonathan Kent, the production opened to critical acclaim at the Hampstead Theatre in March 2013.
