This end of year performance by the English National Ballet School features two newly commissioned works by Michael Corder and Kerry Nicholls, plus ballets by Frederick Ashton and Jorge Garcia.
Corder’s L’Arlesienne is a plotless ballet inspired by the ravishingly beautiful music written by Georges Bizet.
Ashton’s comic gem Façade is a series of witty choreographic satires on the popular dance forms of the 1920s.
Garcia’s spirited Spanish-influenced ballet Majisimo is set to music from Jules Massenet’s ballet Le Cid.
Nicholls’s Vessel was created in unique partnership between English National Ballet School and Wayne McGregor | Random Dance.
