Tamzin Outhwaite leads a trio of talented actresses in Amelia Bullmore’s tale of friendship, Di And Viv And Rose.
Di And Viv And Rose is the tale of three friends who join forces at the age of 18. Life is fun. Living is intense. Together they feel unassailable. Bullmore’s latest play is an hilarious and thoughtful exploration of friendship’s impact on life and life’s impact on friendship.
Outhwaite, who plays Di, is best known for her screen work, which includes EastEnders, The Fixer, Hotel Babylon and Red Cap. On stage her credits include Sweet Charity and Boeing Boeing in the West End and Breathing Corpses and Flesh Wound at the Royal Court.
She is joined in Di And Viv And Rose by Nicola Walker (Spooks, Being Human on screen, Seasons Greetings, Gethsemane at the National Theatre) and Claudia Blakely (Lark Rise To Candleford and Cranford on screen, The Cherry Orchard and Attempts On Her Life at the National Theatre).
