Sadler’s Wells offers audiences the rare opportunity to see the China National Peking Opera Company perform two masterpieces on the London stage.

A renowned classical piece, Farewell My Concubine tells a beautiful and harrowing story of political unrest, love, sacrifice and honour.

The production plays alongside The Warrior Women Of Yang, a story of grief, courage, patriotism and family loyalty that sees a cast of more than 50 performers mesmerise audiences with a thrilling combination of music, song, mime, stage combat and acrobatics.

Both shows are performed in Mandarin with English surtitles.
